Welcome to the Beacon's Glow Collectibles Blog! My name is Brenda and I am the owner (and webmaster) of Beacon's Glow Collectibles. As many of you already know, I have a background in Information Technology and love to learn the intricacies of computer software. Recently, I read an article on one of my favorite webmaster newsletters (Site Pro News) on blogging, and how it is taking the Internet world by storm. So, I decided to research the possibility of blogging on our site, and here is my first attempt after taking some time to get our blog set up.

Incidentally, for those of you who do not already know about Beacon's Glow Collectibles, we carry many fine gift and collectible manufacturer lines to include: Madame Alexander, Lee Middleton, Marie Osmond, Ginny Dolls by Vogue, Dolls by Pauline, The Doll Maker by Linda Rick, Precious Moments dolls; Jan McLean, & Susan Wakeen Dolls; Steiff North American Exclusives as well as Steiff Worldwide Classic Collection, Robin Rive, Bearington Collection, Boyd's Collection, Annette Funicello Bears & Ganz Cottage Bears.

We also carry a nice selection of Little Dippers by Ganz; Bear Dips by Beacon's Glow; and Lang candles, but because of the sizzling summer temperatures we have been experiencing here in Central Texas, we have had to discontinue sales of these items until the Fall when the temperatures begin to cool down a bit.

Our online store carries more than 1,000 different collectible items, and we have been in business since the fall of 2003.

We love getting to meet and stay in touch with our customers, and have built several long-lasting friendships along the way. Our customers truly mean a lot to us.
