Just heard from Ernst Jacobsen, Pauline Bjonness-Jacobsen's son, that the three new 8-inch Paulinettes (Marina, Selena, and Caroline) should be shipping out to retailers towards the end of June. The initial estimate was mid-May.
Definitely a case of good things come to those who wait!
Additionally, 2 new Paulinettes (Amelia and Lily) will be introduced during the August/September timeframe. (Photos are expected to be available mid-July, and we will post these as soon as we receive them.) Also, the adorable Amish Paulinette pair, Annie and Jacob, are going to be re-introduced. For those of you anxiously awaiting their return (including myself), this will be a perfect chance to add this pair to your collection.
I got the priviledged opportunity to chat with Pauline herself a couple of months back. What a sweet and dear individual. I felt honored to be able to speak with this special celebrity. Pauline Bjonness-Jacobsen has been creating wonderful Pauline dolls since the 1980's, and as can be expected, has quite a following.
