If you hadn't heard, this year the Alexander Doll Company is introducing their "Vintage Collection". These dolls were made as a tribute to Madame's most legendary sculpts and highly regarded creations from earlier eras. Each comes in a special collectible tin doll box, and all come from a small limited edition.
Beacon's Glow Collectibles has received all but two (2) Vintage Collection Cissys - Scene Stealer Cissy, and Retro Revival Jacqui. Hopefully, these will be arriving in the next month or so. Please let us know if you are interested, and we can let you know when they arrive.
Currently in stock from this special collection are 2 8" Wendy dolls: Little Southern Miss, and Signs of Spring; and 2 10" Cissette Dolls: Picking Bouquets and Summer of '57. (Picking Bouquets has been nominated for the prestigious 2006 DOLLS Award of Excellence. We sure hope that she wins, as she is a very nice doll.
