We always try to catch Jim Shore on QVC whenever he makes an appearance, as we can always learn something new about Jim.
Jim Shore was on just the other day on QVC and he had introduced his "Jiminy Cricket Electric Candle 4023545" piece which features Jiminy Cricket from the infamous Walt Disney move Pinocchio.
He had mentioned that it has been 8 years since his initial business working relationship began with Walt Disney. (And of course, Jim mentioned that working with Disney is the pinnacle of one's career). Interesting that it has been 8 years since Jim started making appearances on QVC as well as working with Disney to create his very special folk art figurines. . .
